Founder | Qualified Social Worker | Practice Educator | Mentor | Minister
“My passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people began in childhood. Caring for others has always been a part of who I am, and that calling has guided my life’s work.”
With over 35 years of experience in social care—including many years as a foster carer—I saw firsthand the urgent need for high-quality, consistent, and nurturing residential care. Encouraged by those who witnessed my dedication, I founded Adeza Care Homes to meet that need with heart, structure, and purpose.
At Adeza, we don’t just provide accommodation. We offer a safe, stable, and therapeutic environment where children and young people can begin to heal, grow, and realise their full potential. Every decision we make is grounded in the belief that all children deserve to be seen, heard, and valued—no matter their background or circumstances.
I believe that every young person has something unique to offer the world. My vision has always been to create a home where they are given the support, love, and encouragement to discover exactly what that is.
